Park Rules

General Rules

  • Georgetown Crossing RV Park is a community of kind, considerate, and responsible residents.
  • People who are rude, loud, high-maintenance, inconsiderate, or disrespectful in any way will
    NOT be a good fit for our community and will ultimately be asked to leave.
  • Please recognize the inherent challenges of living in close proximity in thin-walled RVs and do
    your part to create a quiet and clean environment for everyone to enjoy.
  • 5 MPH is the speed limit within the park.
  • We have many small children living in the park. Please drive slowly and carefully
  • Noise outside your RV should be kept to normal conversation levels before Quiet Time
  • No loud music is allowed.
  • Quiet Time:
  • 9PM – 7AM Sunday – Thursday
  • 10PM – 7AM Friday and Saturday
  • Remember, your neighbor’s bedroom is just a few feet away, and sound travels easily
    through the thin walls and slide-outs of an RV. Please be considerate.
  • Your RV site should be kept clean, organized, and free of debris.
  • Small storage solutions are allowed. Please check with Management to get approval
    beforehand. We also offer self-storage units for a fee in the back of the property.
  • Trash should be bagged tightly and taken to the dumpsters in the back of the property. Do not
    leave trash sitting outside your RV.
  • Break down all boxes before placing them in the dumpster to help save space.
  • Large items can be left behind dumpsters AFTER sp

Laundry Room

  • Dog beds, cat beds, or any other pet-related products are NOT ALLOWED in the laundry room.
    This includes both the washers and dryers.
  • Please wipe down the inside of the washers and dryers after each use to ensure they are clean
    and ready for the next user.
  • Please clean out the lint basket after using the dryer.
  • Monitor your laundry and remove promptly as soon as the cycle is complete. Do not leave your
    laundry sitting in an idle machine.
  • Dispose of trash properly. Please help to keep the laundry room clean and tidy. Leave things
    better than you found them

Pet Policy

  • Pets are allowed at no additional fee.
  • You are responsible for the behavior of your pet at all times, including barking dogs.
  • DOGS MAY NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. IF YOU LIVE IN A PREMIUM SITE, YOU MAY NOT LEAVE YOUR DOGS OUTSIDE WHEN NOBODY IS HOME.
  • Dogs must be leashed at all times except when inside the closed gates of a Premium Site.
  • You must pick up your dog’s waste, Premium Sites included.

Additional Policies

  • Small fire pits are allowed.
  • The fire pit should be elevated off the ground. Flames should be no more than 18” high.
  • Be sure the fire is put out completely and dispose of any ashes properly. Do not dump ashes
    anywhere inside the park.
  • If you have artificial turf in your yard, you must put a protective layer such as a thick rug
    between the fire pit and the turf.
  • You are responsible for any damage caused by your fire, including damage to artificial turf.
  • RVs should be manufactured within the last 10 years and be kept in good condition.
  • Management may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis for RVs older than 10 years.
  • Any major repairs should be completed promptly by a professional, 3rd party RV repair
    specialist.
  • Ask Management for referrals if you need one.
  • Your personal vehicle should be kept in good condition. Storing non-working vehicles or doing
    repairs of your vehicle on your RV site is not allowed.
  • RV washing is allowed only by 3rd party, professional providers.
